All Quenoz jewels Silver Jewellery purchases come with a one-year warranty on the plating. This warranty starts from the date you bought the item and covers any defects in the plating. If our team confirms the fault, we'll either re-plate or replace the item.

Please keep in mind that since most pieces are handmade and use natural stones, they might vary slightly in size, color, or have small imperfections. This warranty doesn't cover these variations.

Also, the warranty doesn't include normal wear and tear or damage from mishandling. Jewelry is delicate and needs to be treated carefully.

While we offer a one-year warranty on the plating, it's important to take good care of your pieces for them to last long. Repairs needed after this period are considered normal wear and tear.
