When will my order be sent?
We usually process and send your order within 1 to 3 business days. But if you've ordered something that's not in stock yet, it might take longer. You can find the estimated shipping time on the product page.
Do I have to pay for delivery?
No, we don't charge any shipping fees.
But if you're paying with Cash On Delivery (COD), there's a non-refundable charge of Rs 50 for handling cash.
Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver to most areas in India. If you're unsure, send us an email at quenozjewels@gmail.com to check.
How long does delivery take?
Usually, your order will arrive within 3-7 working days after you've placed it. This doesn't include Sundays and public holidays.
How can I track my order?
You can log in to your Quenoz jewels account and go to "My Account" to see your order details. Or you can email us at quenozjewels@gmail.com.
Our customer care team is available on weekdays from 11.00 am to 5.00 pm, except Sundays and public holidays.
If you don't have a Quenoz jewels account, just follow the "Track Shipping" link in your order confirmation email. If you prefer, you can also email us your order number and the email address you used to place the order, and we'll check and let you know the status.
