Returns & Exchange Policy

Cancellation:
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, or before we start preparing it for shipment at our warehouse, whichever happens first. To cancel, email us at quenozjewels@gmail.com with your order number and cancellation request in the subject line.

Exchanges:
If you have size issues or find defects, you can exchange the item within 15 days of receiving your order. To exchange, go to the Return/Exchange tab and enter your order number and email/mobile number. Once approved, we'll arrange for the item to be picked up. Return the item in its original packaging, and we'll send the exchange within 15 to 25 working days.

NOTE- WE ACCEPT RETURN ONLY IF ANY CUSTOMER RECEIVED DIFFERENT, DAMAGE PRODUCT ONLY, 

Please note, if you miss the pickup or cancel without informing us, there will be an extra charge of Rs. 300 for rescheduling.

Returns:
Although our jewelry comes with a certificate and a 1-year warranty, we understand that sometimes things don't work out. You can return the item within 7 days of delivery. Go to the Return/Exchange tab, enter your order details, and once approved, we'll arrange for a pickup. Return the item in its original packaging, and we'll refund you within 3 days of receiving it in good condition.

Again, if you miss the pickup or cancel without informing us, there will be an extra charge of Rs. 300 for rescheduling.
